Copyright Infringement:

In addition to the information available in our policy documents, we have provided specific information regarding copyright infringment. This document is in line with our policies but discusses the issues involved when the question of infringement is rasied. 

Open Proxies:

CTCP Networks specifically prohibit connections to our service via an open proxy.  On connecting to the network, your host will be scanned for open proxies. Any such open proxy will be automatically banned from the network. We also refer to a maintained list of open proxies and if your host matches the entry in that list, you will also be banned. Should you be found to be connecting via an open proxy, you will receive further information when you are disconnected from the network.
